The flavours of one of Pump Street Chocolate's bakery classics - their Canadian butter tart - shine in this bar; smoky maple syrup, shortcrust pastry and toasted pecans. It is made with milk chocolate that they make from bean to bar with beans from Hacienda Victoria in Ecuador. To this they add crisp shortcrust pastry that is ground into the base chocolate for buttery flavour, maple sugar and small pieces of pecans caramelised with maple sugar and demerara. Perfect for anyone who loves pecan pie, or stacks of pancakes with maple syrup.
