This handcrafted bean to bar chocolate is made with premium, 100% ethically sourced and organic heirloom cacao beans from Bolivia. These beans are dried and fermented on-site prior to shipping to maximize the flavor profile. The cacao beans used for this bar have been certified by the Heirloom Cacao Preservation Organization (HCPcacao.org) and a portion of the profits from each bar are donated to the HCP.
