David and Rachel of Loon Chocolate want you to think differently about chocolate! They want you to taste the subtle, savory, and sweet differences their chocolate offers and celebrate all types of chocolate from around the world—one bar at a time. Loon Chocolate works only with ethical traders who import cocoa beans from small farm growers shipped to them raw. After hand sorting only the finest beans, they roast, shell and stone grind their beans for over 72 hours, then blend them with organic sugar and a touch of organic cocoa butter.
