When Wild Heaven Beer asked if they could smoke their nibs for their Russian Imperial Stout, Xocolatl was stoked. From wild heaven's "Gravitational wave" comes their "Ripple effect," a dark chocolate bar inspired by their amazing stout. Gravitational wave is a full bodied stout full of dark fruit, raspberry and smoke so they took their citrusy dark chocolate and added back the applewood smoked nibs and raspberries for a bar full of serious smoke and hints of fruit. Originally meant to be a single release, this award-winning bar and customer favorite is now in their regular line up. Direct-sourced from Cac Pangoa, a coffee and cacao farmers cooperative that is organic and fair-trade certified in the upper Amazon of Peru.
