Marsatta Chocolate was founded in 2003 by Chef Jeffray Gardner, a pioneer in the bean-to-bar chocolate movement. Chef Jeffray had been making chocolate for years and was the first bean-to-bar chef on the west coast. His passion for chocolate led him to create a movement that focused on high-quality chocolate that didn't need to be diluted with sugar. His vision was to create a chocolate that was truly pure and delicious, made from the finest cocoa beans, sourced ethically and sustainably, and crafted with care and precision. Marsatta is a local LA-based chocolate maker based in Torrance, CA.
