Ethereal Confections' approach to creating chocolate is a rare commodity in this fast paced, hyper connected, mass produced world. They take chocolate back to a period when people didn't move quite so quickly and had the time to savor life, when food itself was an experience. They started their business with a small amount of savings and built it into something that they love to share. They work with producers in whom they have confidence in terms of 100% organic ingredients and fair treatment/pay for all of their employees and farmers. They currently source from Central and South America, specifically Haiti, The Dominican Republic, Guatemala, and Ecuador to assure they can visit frequently and maintain these important relationships.
