A trip to Madagascar in 2012 was the first time Christopher Elbow visited a cacao farm, so this cacao will always be special to him. Chocolate made from this cacao is known around the world for its bright citrus and ripe red fruit notes. Consistently considered to be one of the finest cacaos in the world, and we couldn't agree more.
