Elyce's love for baking goes way back but it wasn't until winning Best of Show in two of three baking contest categories that she, her husband, and her best friend both noticed that she was always happier in the kitchen than at work. Now, she has fun at her “job” all year round. Since then, CocoTutti has been producing delicious, colorful individual chocolates. Elyce starts with classic recipes, then updates them, creating the majority of their fine chocolates from scratch. Many of her recipes start with their house-made jams and marmalades (which start with organic fruit from their local farmers market), and their nut-filled items use house-made peanut or hazelnut butter.
