Valrhona Guanaja Dark Chocolate Fèves 70% 225 g
Guanaja, Valrhona's iconic dark chocolate, is created with a complex blend of different aromatic profiles and uses a blend of cacaos from different cocoa origins and aromatic profiles typical of Trinidad, the Dominican Republic, Jamaica, Ghana, Côte d’Ivoire and Madagascar. These profiles are blended to obtain Guanaja’s unique and consistent flavor, which is both bittersweet and elegant. This blend, impeccably produced since 1986, is very balanced with a hint of bitterness.
While these chocolate coin fèves ('fava beans' in French) are traditionally used for baking, we love having a bag of them nearby to snack on during the day.
