Amedei

In 1990, Cecilia Tessieri, the world's first female master chocolatier, and her brother Alessio founded Amedei in Pontedera, Italy. They started by making bonbons, but after a trip to France, they decided to source and produce their own chocolate. The company uses very few ingredients and has an uncompromising approach to sustainability. With over 30 years of experience, they are considered one of the finest chocolate producers in the world.
